the room was immaculate. it was also very comfortable. breakfast each morning offered delicious choices. the hotel location gave easy access to the mall.
the staff did not seem that friendly. upgrading my room was very expensive. the non smoking room had a cigarette smell.

the pool IS good adding to the overall experience. hospitality is really good. waiter vaibhav's standout service makes the stay more fun. i found this hotel offers luxurious and comfortable retreat.
the decor is slightly outdated. the hotel needs updating. value for money is not great.

the super nice team, especially ubaid. he offered great recommendations and always greeted us with a smile. i was like i was at home because of ubaid! also, the bed was very comfortable.
the balcony door didn't fully close, so i heard some street noise. i suggest higher floors for less noise.

the hotel boasts two beautiful pools.. the infinity pool on the 54th floor offers amazing views. the lobby is nicely decorated, especially in the evening with the music and candles. it creates a nice atmosphere!

my premier room twin was spacious and clean. it had stable wifi, a comfortable bed, and great views. the modern design was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing, and the overall cleanliness was excellent.
